Control the cable tension according to the parameters provided by the technical department. The applied tension is usually controlled within 10% RTS. According to the technical data of OPGW optical cable, any tension exerted on the optical cable during construction shall not exceed 20% of RTS.
The traction force of the tractor should be controlled according to the setting value of the technical department.
The initial release speed is 5m/min, and after the optical cable passes through a basic iron tower, it can evenly accelerate to about 30m/min. The release speed should not exceed 40m/min. When pulling, it is strictly forbidden to accelerate or decelerate suddenly, and pull at a constant speed as much as possible.
OPGW fiber optic cable is resistant to the type of metal sheet when releasing the line. The top of each corner tower and the intersection point of the intersection must be protected by personnel to report and deal with the situation in the event of wire blockage or other situations, and the end of the fiber optic cable should pass through the pulley under the supervision of construction personnel.

During the construction process, in order not to damage the OPGW or other intersecting lines, and not affect the normal operation of the intersecting objects, it is necessary to establish span frames for these intersecting obstacles. Notes on straddle:
(1) Hurdles should be erected in fine weather;
(2) The withstand voltage level of the insulating rope must meet the voltage requirements of the cross power line;
(3) When erecting the jumper, the reclosing of the cross power line should be canceled, and the operating unit should be contacted to dispatch on-site supervision;
(4) When removing the jumper frame, do not touch live objects. When touching electric gas, the OPGW fiber optic cable fusion machine should be operated by live staff;
(5) The personnel involved in the erection must work under the condition of providing special safety technology for spanning without power failure;
(6)The division of labor of the operator is very clear: the operator on the shelf, the person who passes the materials under the shelf and the safety guardian are responsible for the production line operation, and this person is responsible for personnel supervision. The so-called "single-line operation" refers to the single-line transmission and communication between the boarding personnel and the corresponding material transfer personnel; the so-called "person-to-person monitoring" refers to placing workers on shelves and having special personnel monitor and track the situation.
