GYTA53 Outdoor Optical Fiber Cable Construction Precautions and Key Points

GYTA53 optical cable should be used in alkaline soil, but not in acidic soil. When laying, avoid landslides and flood areas. Wire selection should meet the 20-year load growth needs. The construction points are as follows:


GYTA53 Outdoor Optical Fiber Cable

First, the excavation depth of the cable trench is between 1.2 and 1.5m, and the width is 0.5m.


Second, the distance between the lines should be between 5 and 250px, and the line-to-ditch margin should be 250px.


Third, the GYTA53 optical cable should be soaked in water no less than 1m deep for 24 hours before laying, and then shake the insulation resistance of the GYTA53 optical cable with a 2500V megohmmeter, and the resistance value should be greater than 600MΩ.


Fourth, when laying the GYTA53 optical cable, the temperature should not be lower than 0 °C, and the wire temperature should not be lower than 5 °C, otherwise the GYTA53 optical cable should be heated.

Fifth, the GYTA53 outdoor fiber optic cable should be placed on the pay-off rack to rotate and pay off when paying off. Drag and drop is prohibited to prevent hard bending and twisting. The GYTA53 optical cable is allowed to bend in the groove, but the bending radius should not be less than 8 times the outer diameter of the wire.


Sixth, after the GYTA53 optical cable is placed in the trench, cover it with 750px of fine sand or sieved fine soil and irrigate it with water, so that the covering soil will sink naturally. After 24 hours of water immersion, shake the GYTA53 optical cable with a 2500V megohmmeter again. Insulation resistance, the resistance value should be greater than 600MΩ.


Seventh, after the soil is covered and dry, use a foot to firm it, lay 20-750px of fine soil on top of it, and compact it in layers until it is 500px higher than the ground. Places where soil is often dug should be covered with bricks for marking and protection.


Eighth, mark piles (square concrete columns) should be set up at every 20-30m, corners, branches, intersections and joints of the straight line. The mark piles are buried at a depth of 750px underground and 500px on the ground, indicating the location, depth and direction of the GYTA53 optical cable. .
