What type is the FTTH input cable? What is GYDGA optical cable? The following takes the GYDTA 192B1.3 optical cable as an example to talk about the naming of commonly used optical cable models.


GYDTA optical cable

GY indicates that the classification through the optical cable is indoor (field) type. Optical cables can be divided into several categories according to different occasions: outdoor, indoor and indoor and outdoor, and each category is subdivided into subcategories. Commonly used cable technology classifications also include:

T ── filling type.

The filled water-blocking structure can mean that the cable core of the optical cable is completely filled with water-blocking ointment, and the semi-dry type refers to the part of the cable core of the optical cable filled with water-blocking ointment; taking the loose-tube stranded optical cable as an example, the filled loose-tube Stranded optical cable means that not only the water-blocking ointment (ie, fiber ointment) is pressure-filled in the loose tube, but also the gap between the loose tubes is filled with water-blocking ointment (ie, cable ointment). Semi-dry layer-stranded optical cable technology usually fills fiber paste with concrete in the loose tube, and other important parts of the cable core are not filled with cable paste, but replaced with dry water-blocking materials such as water-blocking yarn.

GYDTA is a layered circular non-self-supporting optical cable, and the optical fiber in the optical cable is a plastic loose sleeve structure.

J- is a tightly covered structure.
