1. Fixing clip
The quality of the hanging fixture is different from the thickness of the flat steel (the basic material of the hanging fixture) and the thickness of the galvanized coating. According to customer requirements, the flat steel we use is 4*40 or 5*50. The thickness of our galvanized coating is about 100um, which is better than the standard requirement (85um). The thickness of the galvanized layer will affect the RTS value, stability and corrosion resistance. Thin and uneven coatings can cause rust. Some manufacturers may use thin flat steel and a thin galvanized coating to keep costs down.
2. Hanging clamp
Dangling clamps are not of the same quality as the aluminum they are made of. The casing of the suspension clamp is aluminum and there are different grades of aluminum. The Aluminum we use is of good quality and the Hanging Clips we supply are industry standard.
3. Tension clamp
According to the technology, the connection part of the strain clamp can be divided into two types: precision casting and spherical graphite cast iron. We use precision casting, so the connection part is smooth and burr-free. If you use spherical graphite cast iron, there will be burrs. According to the material, prefabricated armored poles can be divided into two types: hot-dip galvanized and aluminum-clad steel wire. We use aluminum-clad steel wire, which has better tensile and corrosion resistance than hot-dip galvanized steel wire.
4. Bring in the clamp
The quality of the tower lead fixture is not the same as the thickness of the galvanized layer. The thickness of our galvanized coating is about 100um, which is better than the standard requirement (85um). For the lead-in clips we use good 304 stainless steel.
5. Fiber optic connector closed
The quality of fiber optic splice closures differs from the quality of S-type connector parts, steel tapes, caps and splice trays. Some manufacturers use steel hose clamp straps instead of steel straps, which are prone to cracking over time near the holes in the hose clip straps. Some use splice trays made from recycled materials. It is fragile and breaks easily. Some use light and small (non-standard) S-joint parts.
6. Optical cable storage rack
The quality of the optical cable storage rack is different from the thickness of the flat steel, the thickness of the galvanized coating and the material of the steel strip. The flat steel we use is 5*50. Our galvanized coating thickness is about 100um, and the steel strip we use is not hose clamp steel strip.
7. Spiral shock absorber
The quality of spiral shock absorbers varies with PVC raw materials. The raw material we use is new, but some other manufacturers may use recycled PVC material.
